Returns & Exchanges

At The UGG Shop, we want you to love your new footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn UGG products in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
